If you have been diagnosed with endometriosis but are looking for ways to feel empowered, reclaim pleasure and enjoy sex again - this episode is for you!

Today, Erika is talking to Georgia Seymour-Smith, the founder and CEO of O Blooms.

Erika and Georgia are delving into the topic of endometriosis and share Georgia's personal journey with the condition. From her diagnosis to her desire to maintain a healthy sexual relationship, they explore her challenges and how she overcame them.

Georgia also discusses how her experiences inspired her to create a vibrator company that caters to people with endometriosis, allowing them to continue experiencing sexual pleasure even if penetration is no longer an option.

Georgia battled painful periods since she was young. Despite seeking medical help, she was repeatedly told that her pain was normal.

One morning, when Georgia experienced a new, excruciating pain in her abdomen and was rushed to the ER where she had emergency surgery to remove her appendix. Upon waking up, she was diagnosed with endometriosis, which made it hard for her to have a positive relationship with sex due to the pain it caused.

However, Georgia didn't let this stop her. She discovered the transformative power of vibrators and how they could help her embrace her sexuality and find pleasure despite her condition. This inspired her to create O Blooms, a company that offers discreet and powerful vibrators designed to empower women to own their sexual wellness. Georgia's vision for O Blooms is not just about selling vibrators but pioneering a movement that celebrates and elevates women's sexual health and wellbeing.

In this episode, you will also hear about:

  1. The importance of disconnecting intercourse from sex.

  2. Vibrators can help change that relationship.

  3. A holistic approach to sexuality.

  4. Celebrating and helping women have more pleasure, even in the presence of endometriosis, pelvic pain, and vaginal pain.
