This silent emotional drain can impact your relationships, career, sexuality and overall mental well-being. That's why it's crucial to recognize, understand, and take action, however, exploring the depths of your inner self to uncover what had been causing disembodiment or disconnection requires a gradual process that includes through self-awareness, embodiment, and cultivating tolerance for sensations and emotions in your daily life.
